JOINTS

This is a long time ago painting, of heaven, earth and underneath. All joined by the misunderstood.

Those willing to tell me how much it is worth and those with advertisements of orifice enlargements and other varities of spam, say hello to the shut door.

Transience: Aww, gee. Really? :)

Dlak: Nothing against orifice enlargements, just spammers who post them in here.

I like drawings like this. They show a lack of self-censorship. One we could all learn from.
And, if you act now your order will include an extra free Rex Venom Action Hero doll (NOT anatomically correct, you freaks) and three trips to heaven (all those enlargement products have really paid off).
Rock on!

Hi Dil.Ville,

The painting was good. Simple in layout yet holds a lot of meaning. To add to the appeal you could have painted it on a dark background. But even the white background has a good significance.
Thats cool girl. Take care.

Peace,
Firacub.

the entwined snake,if mythologically interpreted would be the one who coaxed Eve to have the forbidden fruit. And yeah,if you signify heaven, earth and the underneath all entwined in this ''misunderstood' snake, you aren't far from the truth.

sex isn't sin.it's just ''misunderstood''

fuck it,i'm bad at critial analysis of paintings.

Chikka heyya, u say all joined by the misunderstood...does this imply the snake represents the venomous misunderstood? I think it's a great painting....very intense and creative...tells so much abt how all of us r connected by Misunderstood - it's a good thing in some instances and a bad thing in others...cos most of our connections dwell upon this whether u wanna agree or not. Thats how I see it :)

Chikka you have a deep mind that only deep heads can understand...not the simple anonym-asses :)

Good work!
Keshi.

afraid? hehe .. thats a funny word.

hmm..that was a little encouraging. thanks. so, here i go (i am sure i m gona sound dumb..but what the heck..i am one! ;-) ):

i see different facets of personality with one thread running in common.

different facets of a persons' personality being: 4 shapes you have

and the snake depicting the underlying self - in this case, being something evil.

am i in the same zip code or did i simply miss the planet itself? :P

keshi: I cant react right to complimetns. Neways *smiles*

Vikas: Lemme tell you something someone told me: You are never wrong. NEVER. Oh, an I like the way you say the idea of the painting being differnt facets of personality.

"Nothing is good or bad.."

Its only understood by few and realized by even less number of people. Its not practical. And thus, the chaos.

I would rather say .. Anything is good and bad; because we are taught to differentiate.

Likewise, one is both right and wrong. And the statement "You are never wrong. NEVER." doesn't work too well in the real world. Its good for intellectual stimulation, but thats all it can do. If not, then all politicians, rapists, terrorists, killers, dishonest ones etc. are right as well. Then a judge might as well sentence both the rapist and the victim!

In the real world, one ends up differentiating between good and evil..right and wrong..pretty and ugly ..the list is endless.

Now, what did YOU have in your mind while drawing this painting? Why am I asking? Because I want to see it from YOUR perspective and not mine. Just like you wanted to see it from mine. And by that, PERHAPS, develop a taste for art! hehe

thanks
